Your information

Mission Mow stores contact details, property addresses, yard photos, service frequency, service instructions, visit notes, work timers, invoices, and feedback to review requests, arrange service, document work, and maintain service history. The owner can access these records. Approved technicians can see visits assigned to them and unassigned visits available for the crew to claim. Other customers cannot view them.

Address suggestions

As you type an address, the address search text is sent to the U.S. Census Geocoder and Photon, an OpenStreetMap-based lookup service, to suggest local matches. Your name, email, phone number, and nomination story are not included in that lookup. Suggestions may be incomplete; check the house number, city, and ZIP before submitting.

Neighbor nominations

Only share information you have permission to provide. Avoid sensitive medical, financial, or personal documents. A nomination is not a guarantee of selection. The resident must agree before work begins, and selected yard resets are free.

Private yard photos and public stories

Photos uploaded by customers or Mission Mow are kept with that private request for quoting, job documentation, and customer updates. Upload only photos you have permission to share. Reviews appear publicly only when a completed customer gives permission and the owner selects an eligible five-star review. Permission for yard work, private photos, or feedback is separate from permission for a public photo, video, or story. Receiving help never depends on agreeing to publicity.

Payments

Payments are completed on the selected provider or through your bank, not stored by Mission Mow. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle apply their own privacy and account terms. Include only the request reference and street name in a payment note.

Community comes first

Service and nominations are not conditioned on political views or support. Customer and nomination information is used for Mission Mow operations, not political targeting.

Request access and changes

No ChatGPT account is required. A customer can manage one request using the matching email address or phone number and private request reference. Keep that reference private. For corrections, cancellations, photo removal, or deletion requests, email info@missionmow.com or call 706-406-5156.
